Due to state and federal regulations regarding the sale of spirits and food products, all sales from Castle & Key Distillery are final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our guest services team within 14 days of receipt for a replacement or resolution.
Document Damage
If your shipment arrives damaged, please take clear photographs of the exterior packaging and the compromised items immediately upon delivery.

Review Process
Our team will review your claim within 3-5 business days to verify the damage and ensure compliance with Kentucky liquor distribution laws.
Resolution
Once approved, we will issue a replacement shipment at no additional cost to you or provide a refund to your original payment method if the item is out of stock.
