Do you ship your spirits directly to consumers?

Can I book a tour of the Castle & Key distillery?
Yes, we offer several curated tour experiences and tastings at our historic property. We highly recommend booking in advance through our online reservation system to ensure availability.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging. We will facilitate a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Are your spirits gluten-free?
Distilled spirits are generally considered gluten-free because the distillation process removes gluten proteins. However, we recommend consulting with a medical professional if you have severe sensitivities.
How should I store my bottles of gin and whiskey?

Do you offer international shipping for merchandise?
